Caddies Coffee Company is based on the far north coast of New South Wales, in Lismore, Australia. Apart from selling fine coffee and specialty teas, Caddies is also a supporter of local cultural events and activities. The origins of Caddies goes back many years to experience as a restaurateur, when it was so hard to get consistently good coffee to offer our guests.

This was the beginning of a journey to seek the facts.... what makes great coffee great? The more I discovered about coffee, the more obsessed I became with it, and with the folklore and legend it embraces. This led in the early 1980's to the opening of Caddies, intended to give the people of Lismore a truly unique coffee shop with a simple goal: to make coffee available that is equal to the best in the world!

This is no idle claim and it has taken an extraordinary amount of effort to get right. I'm proud to say that, by giving attention to detail, by seeking out the best coffees from around the world and by roasting three times a week we are achieving our goal.

Apart from coffee, the journey also took us into exploring specialty teas, which many of our guests were asking for. To complement our coffees, we now have a wide range of the best specialty teas from different parts of the world, and they have a dedicated following.
